Checking Our Fruit...

"Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life." (Psalm 139:23-24, NLT)
As Christ followers, we are always in a place of leadership. Regardless of where God places us to serve, we have to be mindful to remember that every action we do reveals our heart posture. It WILL bear some type of fruit. There is what we say, and what we do...and the fruit that is produced never lies.
Despite what we face in our journey whether in the Body of Christ, or not, we still choose who we are led by. We choose who we will represent. We choose who we are pointing others towards. Even when the battle gets tough, especially in the Body, never forget that God is still God. If He says that our fight is already won, then believe it.
Learn to surrender to Christ everything that attempts to distract you from this truth. He will help us to be humble in the hurt. Being the bigger person is NOT the easiest thng by any means. However, what we are called to do is greater than our emotions during any temporary opposition.
Stand firm, Y'all. The enemy is definitely trying it, and he is desperate to use any one of us he can to throw others off course. Meditate and pray Psalm 139:23-24 over your day-to-day, ask the Lord to be your strength in how you move forward. Be strategic in how you respond to life, and above all, remember your position, and Who you serve. God and His will always prevails, we just have to trust and believe it. Be blessed!🦋
